Today is Summer Solstice- the first day of summer.

I joined over 1,000 people in Times Square, where together we practiced yoga, captured it’s many benefits, and reached for the sun!

Last Monday I took some Zumba classes that moved parts of my body I haven’t moved in a long time. It was a great combination of aerobics, salsa, and unique Latin steps that made me forget that I was exercising.
There’s a myth that when you age, you get fat, dopey, and the quality of life suffers big time. Well, that’s not true for me and it can also not be true for you and anyone in your family.
