Eileen Fisher Offers Free, Wonderful Meditation to All
“For the past several years I’ve been thinking about the balance between work and home life, between the inner and outer life. I’ve learned that the only way I can be fully present for someone else is if I first take care of myself. I take time every day, even if it’s just a few minutes, to clear my mind-to stop, to stretch, to breathe. It helps me remember what’s important.”
– Eileen Fisher
So we weren’t surprised to learn that Eileen Fisher offers free meditation classes in Irvington for everyone, employees and non-employees alike. She invites the Westchester Buddhist Center to meet every Sunday at her headquarters for meditations and discussions.
Michele visited last week and found the experience to be memorable. They offer “Learn to Meditate” along with a class for more seasoned meditators. Located along the shores of the Hudson River, the setting is calming and well worth the trip on Metro North. Similar to our mission, Eileen Fisher believes in the importance of self-care and self-love as the essential foundations for a happier and healthier life. Ready? Email MRisa@BeyondBodyMindSpirit.com for a customized meditation to meet your specific needs and goals.
