When: Weekly on Thursdays, 12:15 -12:45 PM for 5 weeks
Come any week: May 17th, 24th, 31st, June 7th, and 14th.
Where: 10 Park Avenue, corner Park Avenue and 34th Street, Suite 3D
*NO prior experience needed!
*Yoga mats are provided!!
* Don’t worry it’s not so vigorous where you’ll need a shower.
