1. Make a List of Your Strengths and Weaknesses: Get to know yourself at a deeper level so you can make wiser decisions in life.
2. Get in Touch with Your Power of Intention: A life without an intention is like a boat without a rudder. After Step 1, you’ll have a better understanding of what your heart truly desires to manifest. Create super specific intentions since vague intentions manifest vague results.
3. Be Gentle with Yourself No Matter What Happens: We can only do our best in life given the resources we have in any given moment. Allow yourself to feel peace in this truth instead of criticism. Your progress will be easier and faster.
4. Develop Mindfulness for Long Term Results: Around the world and among world leaders, mindfulness is being used to access a greater sense of self, insights and calm in this complex world.
