Michele Risa is an author, TV producer, corporate lecturer and the owner of Beyond Body Mind Spirit, a holistic lifestyle company founded in1989.  She has helped hundreds of people navigate through the challenging process of change, with expertise in weight-loss, anti-aging, stress-management, and yoga.

Rachel Fritz, The Food Fairy Godmother, helps busy families move from a takeout lifestyle to a more wholesome cooked-at-home lifestyle, which creates better health, success, and more bonded family relationships.  She received a certification in holistic health coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC in 2010, and lets her creativity and artistic sensibilities inspire her in the kitchen.
