Too Old to Rollerblade? Think Again!
There’s a myth that when you age, you get fat, dopey, and the quality of life suffers big time. Well, that’s not true for me and it can also not be true for you and anyone in your family.
Here’s why I can say that: I have all the energy I need throughout my day to work, run in Central Park with my dog, go to Trader Joe’s and pile my 50 lbs of groceries on my bike, and enjoy fitting into clothes I wore 40 years ago.
I even decided to learn how to rollerblade, as you can see from the picture of me and my goddaughter, Gabrielle. She bought the rollerblades for my 60th birthday and took me on my first spin along the Charles River in Boston last weekend.
