Yes, it’s time to find a way to laugh, deeply from your belly, as often as possible, ideally every day. Why?  Because laughter brings tears to your eyes, clears your mind, lightens your load, and helps you to better face any challenge with grace and joie de vivre!

Here are a few ideas on how to mentally “lighten up.”

  • Read the comic strips
  • Watch the world’s funniest videos
  • Buy and read joke books
  • SMILE!  Yes, smile, even if it feels fake at first…and keep smiling so when people ask why you’re smiling, tell them it’s “smile medicine.”

We all know humor heals.  So start your engines!!
