All the Answers Are Within You.

Anytime you are looking outside yourself for the answers to your problems or things that you want to manifest in your life, you are looking in the wrong direction.  The way to master the universe is by first discovering how to explore the one “in here”.

When you first start looking within yourself you may not find anything there for many moons to come. This is a test, and to be expected. For those who are truly on the spiritual path you will soon discover the most amazing loving gentle sweet energy within you. It is from this place that all the answers flood in.

Meditation on the Heart

There are many forms of meditation.  So before you think this is not for you or you’ve tried it and not much happened, imagine I’m asking you to try a new flavor of ice cream.  Though I could explain in words how it will taste, nothing I say will compare to your actually tasting or experiencing it.

So find time alone, preferably first thing in the morning and just before you sleep in the evening, when you can close your eyes and sit quietly.  Place your hands on your heart.  Take 2 or 3 deep breaths.  Then repeat the word “peace” silently three times, and see its meaning radiate out from your body in all directions. Then say the word “happiness” the same way, repeating it three times.  Then say “harmony,” “laughter” and “love.”

Practice saying these words for as long as you like. Start with five minutes and work up to half an hour. After each session, sit quietly for a few minutes with eyes closed and simply appreciate being alive.

Manifestation Workout

While you may have already manifested some wonderful things in your life, there exists another level that you can attain. It all starts with training your manifesting muscles which are like any other type of muscle and will get weak when not exercised regularly.

According to Jafree Ozwald some indications that you may be suffering from flabby degenerating manifesting muscles are vague intentions, feeling incompetent and stuck in the same situations, incessant worrying and laziness, feeling like you are wasting time, and just not experiencing an enjoyable life that you love.  If you are experiencing any of these symptoms it is time to turn off your outer T.V. or Tele-Vision and turn on your M.V. or Manifesting-Vision!

If you want to see, feel and experience real results, it’s vital that you take a trip to your personal Manifesting Gym and start your day with a visualization workout. One of the biggest secrets to having amazing results is beginning everyday with a 3 minute workout using your creative imagination to focus and visualize.  How do you want your day to unfold? How do you want to feel at the end of it? Imagine anything you want, and always feel of a big happy ecstatic YES within it.

To make it a Super Manifesting Workout, start saying the word “YES” the very moment you are awake.  Repeat it as much as you can.  Say YES to everything!  Say YES to who you are, where you are in your life today, the people in your life, to your past exactly as it is, and to any future experiences you want to create! Say YES sooo much that you want to jump up and down!  Let yourself get sooo excited about this ideal imaginary day that you have FUN watching it come to fruition.  The word “YES” is powerful, and is used by every manifesting being and used frequently.  It carries that essential success vibration that cannot be repeated too much.

And make sure you let your body FEEL it.  Using your feelings is like pumping iron on the manifesting playground.  Simply by feeling YES to what you want IS what makes it manifest. Feelings are the fuel for the manifesting fire to consume. Take 10 seconds to practice feeling YES in your body right now.  Notice how just one little word can have the power to shift your entire mood and vibration instantly.

So say YES to feeling great about your self, your life, your body, creating honesty with a loved one, or perhaps finding forgiveness from a past event.  The YES experience is all about freeing yourself from everything and anything you have resistance to. Whatever we resist persists, and saying a bigger YES to your ideal life allows you to transcend the small stuff holding you back.

The more often you can feel, say, and think YES, the stronger your manifesting muscles become and the sooner you attract whatever it is your heart wants, needs or desires.
